Q: When will my order be shipped?

A: Domestic orders placed Monday through Friday by 12:00 pm GMT (excluding holidays) are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 pm GMT or holidays are shipped the next business day. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will ship out the following Monday (excluding holidays). International orders are usually shipped the next business day.

Q: Can I track my package?

A: No. Unfortunately tracking is currently unavailable for all shipping, however if you are willing to pay for a tracking service then contact us to arrange this.

Q: How long will it take my package to arrive?

A: UK Orders will usually arrive in about 3 to 5 business days after dispatch. EU + International orders will usually arrive in about 7 to 14 business days after dispatch.

Q: Do you charge sales tax?

A: No. The price of all goods and services advertised are inclusive of any applicable UK taxes including VAT. The price does not include any importation taxes applicable outside of the United Kingdom. Any Jersey orders will have 5% of GST added at the checkout.

Q: I just realized my shipping address is wrong. What should I do?

A: Please double check your address during checkout and email us immediately if a change needs to be made. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for any packages not delivered due to incorrect or outdated addresses.

Q: Will I have to pay import fees?

A: Depending on your country, you may be charged import fees upon receipt of your package. You will be responsible for paying any customs fees or duties.

Q: Do you accept international orders?

A: Yes. We deliver Worldwide. All international locations can be found if you proceed to the checkout where a list of supported countries is viewable.

Q: Can you mark my shipment as a gift on the customs form?

A: No. We must identify package contents as merchandise. Legally, we cannot claim a commercial shipment as a gift.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
